Step 3: Nutrition Appointment
A personalised review of your diet, digestion and metabolic health to align nutrition with your underlying imbalances.
Step 4: Functional Testing (if appropriate)
Targeted testing to clarify unresolved questions and gather deeper insight into your root causes.
Step 5: Personal Health Plan Appointment
