Gentle, ongoing support.
Best for patients who:
- Feel stable
- Want reassurance
- Do not need frequent appointments
- Prefer light structure

£2,000 per year
More structured, proactive support.
Best for patients who:
- Value accountability
- Want regular monitoring
- Are navigating life changes
- Prefer more touchpoints

Who is Thrive for?
Thrive is right if:

- Your symptoms are stable
- You want monitoring, not treatment

Who is Thrive not for?
Thrive may not be right if:
- You are actively symptomatic
- You need diagnostic investigation
- You require intensive therapeutic work
In those cases, we would guide you back into Clarity or Transform.

What happens if things change?
If symptoms return or new issues arise:
