I suffered from acute insomnia and awful withdrawals from my attempt to ‘come off’ antidepressant medication. I followed the guidance of Dr Indra and her team in changing my diet and adding supplements to address my gut bacteria/function.

I saw remarkable improvement in my sleep and, therefore, feeling 100% better than I did at the start of this journey. I am still working on my gut health and know this is not ‘a quick fix’.
